4. Booking Terms

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from SeaSpray Path.

4.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due before check-in
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified

4.3 Minimum Stay

Minimum stay requirements vary by property and season. These will be clearly stated during the booking process.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Guest Cancellations

• 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fee
• 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
• 15-29 days before arrival: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

5.2 SeaSpray Path Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard.

6. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Respect the property and its furnishings
• Follow house rules and local regulations
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy
• Report any damages immediately
• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises

7. Property Standards and Descriptions

We strive to ensure all property descriptions and photos are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or seasonal changes. We are not liable for any disappointment arising from such variations.
